IHCPP

Five mountains. One inner architecture.

Identity, Heartmind, Collection, Power Form, and Personality provide a bare-bones structure for differentiating the parts of a person, practice, team, or field.

IHCPP is not the Identify → Differentiate → Integrate process itself. It is a recurring grammar of terrain that helps the process know what kinds of forms it may be looking at. Illuminate a form, determine what kind of form it is, distinguish it from what surrounds it, then relate it back to the larger system.

Identity

The answer to who or what something is: the conceptual boundary that lets it become a distinct element in a larger map.

Heartmind

The perceptual, reflective, interpretive, feeling, reasoning, and meaning-making activity through which experience becomes intelligible.

Collection

The accumulated contents a person or system carries: values, knowledge, memories, beliefs, commitments, relationships, goals, and other stored elements.

Power Form

The shape of agency: energy, intention, capacity, permission, influence, constraint, and the ability to move something from potential toward actuality.

Personality

The recurring patterns that emerge over time: learned responses, habits, defenses, styles, tendencies, and recognizable behavioral forms.
