Whatever doorway a program uses, the deeper movement remains recognizable: illuminate and identify what is present, differentiate it cleanly enough to work with, then integrate what has been learned into relationships, practice, and daily life.
Individual journeys
Inner Architecture of Change
A six-session introduction to the Inner Order process: values and Collection, agency and Power Form, patterns and Personality, goals and direction, constellations and relationships, then integration into daily life.
The Lantern: Identity Journey
A book-guided journey built around Passage → Encounter → Return. Reading and journaling lead into coached encounters, then back into experiments and mapping in ordinary life. The Traveler gradually builds an Identity Atlas.
Personality Alchemy
An eight-session program for recurring behaviors, identity-pattern confusion, stress responses, strengths, shadow, and integration. Enneagram or another personality framework can be nested inside IHCPP without becoming the whole person.
Virtue Path
A twelve-week developmental program organized around deliberately cultivated values and virtues: what matters, what gives it force, and what repeated behaviors make it visible.
Living Goal System
An ongoing structure in which goals become living parts of the person's inner architecture rather than detached productivity targets.
Practitioner and Guide programs
Bring Your Program
Map an existing coaching method into IHCPP. Identify its elements, clarify relationships, design developmental sequences, add journaling structures and Inner Media constellations, and choose whether Lantern or Traveler's Journey language adds value.
Build From IHCPP
Start with expertise but no finished program. Define the terrain, differentiate the pieces, construct the sequence, create exercises and journaling prompts, then build the practitioner guide and Inner Media structure around it.
Guide of Identity
A deeper training path based on the twelve-week Mark of Identity model: personal travel through the terrain, theory, coaching craft, boundaries, ethics, Inner Media, supervised practice, competency assessment, and a final marking process.
